A few weekends back we got lucky with a gorgeous, sunny pacific northwest weekend and took the opportunity to try a new hike in the Cascade Mountains. I’ve done a decent number of the easy-to-reach day hikes along the I-90 corridor and was excited to find a new stretch to explore. It did NOT disappoint. Come with me and Pedro for a beautiful fall hike along the Pacific Crest Trail to Mirror Lake. I’ll also catch you up on what’s happening with the condo and give you my thoughts on where to get some of the best pork sliders in Seattle.
